With people out in droves due to Christmas shopping I had the best experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by an employee ready to help. I ended up finding 3 more candle scents! From there I was given the bag of candles to take to the till. 2 if the 3 tills were open so checking out was so simple. I don't think I spent more than 10 min in the store and I left with a smile. All staff were happy, smiling and above all provided excellent customer service.

If I said I needed a duffle bag then the purchase was justified. But truthfully, it’s BBW!!! The Lethbridge store always have awesome staff who know their stuff & are a huge help. I cannot help myself with this store. They keep you current on how you smell, look and feel.

The staff there were amazing, had a damaged lid for one of the candles. They were quick to just swap the lid as it was the last candle of that scent. By far one of the easiest exchange process, and during the Christmas rush no less.🙂

This is a great place to get great scented gifts for the women in your life, or to just get some great smelling soap for yourself. This store is definitely geared towards women, but there are actually some products meant for men. They have a wide variety of scents for soaps, perfumes, bubble bath, and more. The employees there are on the top of their game always. I have never gone there and not been approached by an employee within the first 30 seconds that I am through the door. Every Christmas I go here and get something for the my wife. If you go when there are sales, the prices can be amazing. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff available to answer questions. Eager to help customers. Store has a beautiful layout that’s very appealing to the eye. Smells SO delicious even just walking by! Love it!! I am however quite disappointed with my latest purchase. I bought one of their plug in wallflower fragrance diffusers with 5 scents, it totalled $40 for everything. Which I thought was a steal of a deal considering the employee told me 1 bottle of fragrance lasts around 3 months and I was also told that it would be a nice strong scent that would FILL a room. I put my wallflower in the bathroom and so far - it barely fills the bathroom with its fragrance. Disappointing to say the least. I had hoped it may be a life changer for Scentsy but so far it doesn’t even come close to letting off the amount of scent that Scentsy does!!

The store is a bit crowded but there are some different items it's hard to move around at times. In no way is this to be a negative report. I find the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. I was in there in September looking for a particular item. The salesperson was very helpful in getting information about it. Unfortunately they didn't have the specific item but she let know about a different item with the same smell but different consistency.

The store and staff were friendly, but my issue is Yesterday I purchased hand soaps 5 for $25. And today they are on sale for $3.50 each. I feel I should of been informed of the sale.
