UPDATE (June 20th, 2025) So I got a hold of the salon owner and talked about trying to fix my hair with a different hairdresser. The new hairdresser was friendly, and I once again showed her the photos of what I wanted. After the hair cut, just like the first one, my hair wasn't styled at all they just blow dry it). I couldn't quite tell how it looked at the back at the salon as their lighting isn't very good, but I said I thought it looked better than before (I do prefer how the ends look now). But when I got back home and took some pictures, I realized that the right side of my hair just looks a lot thinner and shorter compared to the left (idk if that's because of how my hair was before, or the previous haitcut). And the layers are just not good at all, still no flow. I was left again, very disappointed. I guess I'm gonna have to be wearing my hair up for a while... I'm sure they have talented hairdressers, and they all have their strengths, but this place was a big miss for me. I wouldn't recommend it, and I definitely will not be back. (June 14th, 2025) I had very high hopes for the salon due to the reviews, but I left disappointed. It had been a long time since I got a cut, and I was very excited for a change. Before the cut, I showed Emily some reference photos of what I wanted (pictures attached), I wanted some layers and curtain bangs. The curtain bangs were good, but I wasn't too impressed with the back. I expressed to Emily that the cut wasn't exactly what I was hoping and that the ends were way too thin, and I was hoping for a more fuller look. She just said that the more layers, the thinner the hair will be. Which I get it, but I don't feel like the layers were done properly in a way that it flows nicely, it just feels very obvious to me that there's a very long piece stinking out at the end. I felt dismissed and that my concerns weren't addressed. The hair is not terrible. It does look better than what it did, but it's not what I wanted. There's no dimensions like the layers I wanted. Just feels very underwhelming when you're paying $70 dollars for a haircut you don't like (not including the tip). Front desk staff is very friendly though, shout out to them!

Reagan did a wonderful job with my color The scalp and neck massage before hand was amazing. The wash bin chair’s Massage you I was truly impressed with Brio and Jamie did my haircut Elle did my waxing. I was out of town on business and had to get everything done at one time and this was truly The perfect place to choose. You will not be disappointed.

BRIO always brings their best to all services through professional staff and fantastic products. There just isn’t a better pedicure service anywhere and that holds true for all the years the spa has already been open. Kyla’s thoroughly professional and gentle skills left my feet rejuvenated and my toes looking beautiful! Highly recommend !

I had a lovely experience with Hanna today. My hair feels and looks amazing. The techniques used gave a beautiful result. I’ve been having fun taking photos of my hair at home! I came in to the salon with very long, thick, and unkept hair. This was no easy task for anyone. Hanna fixed me all up and I feel so much better. She’s excellent and I look forward to seeing her again. Merci!

I always have an amazing experience at Brio. I’ve gotten my hair cut, facial, massage, pedicures and manicures (always get my nails done by Abi). Every service has been lovely and every person performing my service has been kind and fabulous! Highly recommend!

I love Brio Salon! They are always so friendly and go above and beyond. And such great prices for the service they deliver. I also want to shoutout my stylist Jayme - she always takes the time to hear my hair vision and bring it to life! She also patiently took the time to show me how to curl and style my new hair. She's great!

It was my first time coming to the salon, and I had a great experience with Jayme! I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted and she delivered exactly what I was hoping for! I love my haircut! The Salon has a great atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming!

She was very nice and professional, we communicated perfectly. I was worried it would be a struggle to work with my hair because it is curly and thick but at the end I loved the hair cut she gave me(wolf cut), it was just what I was aiming for! Thank you so much Autumn! I will definitely book back with her! :)
