Great experience. The staff is chill and friendly. They have a great setup to make it fast and efficient, including the staff, they were all so quick. It was super busy and we waited 2 minutes.

Some of the nicest friendly staff you'll ever meet. They are always willing to help you out. They even listen to your questions and comments. Have changed a few things to make there service better. They really treat the less fortunate in Lethbridge with respect and compassion. I count my cans ever time and they have always been right on the same number as me. I have personally seen some of the staff go way above and beyond to make someone having a bad day better. They always great me with a smile. They even work there hardest to keep it as clean as possible inside. The parking lot is always clean. I have always had a place to park because they are also have fast service. Thank you GPS Depot for serving Lethbridge. New new building and equipment.

been going in for years one and today I was told I had to pay for my Slurpee /snowbob before getting the cup i had my kid with me and was still getting stuff so we left and went to macs where you can actually get your ice cream and your cup without paying for it beforehand this place has gone down hill since dave green sold it .

This so stupid. I took 4 big bags and half of container. This didn’t happened one but twice with the same person. I don’t know what to expect last time I took 6 big bag and got only $100 before that I took 4 bags and got $180 with a different guy! This same person I don’t know if he know how to count or not but it was worth more than what I got. I was there on Monday around 430ish. It’s just bad man!

Miscounts, cheats, and rip-offs. Not once have I ever been given the right amount of bottle return money in the last 7 visits. Discrepancies ranged from a small .10¢ cents to a whopping $5.00. I used to be forgiving of the smaller amounts, then one day the guy split my containers into two separate counts and then tried to only give me only one card for the lesser amount. I can only imagine how much ppl with really large numbers of empties are being taken advantage of. Never had this problem with other depots. Never coming back.

Most good, some bad, and few down-right nasty. I suggest holding out in the line passing for a familiar counter-clerk that is honest, friendly, and enjoys the service industry. They have a smile on their face. Otherwise be prepared to get ripped-off. Crushing-cans and trashing them, 2 litre and 18 litre water bottles/containers rang-up as dimes on the dollar, and who knows what other schemes are going on under-the-counter. Management should 'can' some chosen few staff and give no deposit/no refund back for them... :(

I used to work at a bottle depot so I know how they work and I know how to count. I count all of my bottles and containers before I put them in the bags, before I take them in to the depot. this bottle depot on multiple occasions has ripped me off a minimum of $10 per order if not more. today was the last day I'm tired of it. Today I took in $45 with a product and I got $32.50 change. I will no longer be bringing in my product to this bottle depot because all they do is steal from you.

This store has a long history in Lethbridge. The staff have always been friendly and they do offer a decent variety of items, including hot food, to sell. I have had their recycling staff lecture me condescendingly once in a while which makes me glad there are alternate sites for that. Prices are comparable to other convenience stores. To those not familiar there isn't a gas bar here so you'll need to go elsewhere if you're looking to fill your tank.
