The staff that work at this store are very knowledgeable. I went in there not knowing exactly what i needed to get and the one worker helped me. I definitely recommend this store. Very good attitudes in this store

Unfortunately, recently was suggested to additional items that turned out not to be needed. They sold me peroxide solution and told me to mix it. Product said not to mix with peroxide. So always read labels before finalizing your purchases. I was able to return the extra stuff. Although, I would have preferred it didn't happen at all.

Won’t allow me to return the magnetic lashes that I just spent $50 on even though they have a ‘Love it or return it guarantee’ and no lash exclusion. GO TO SEPHORA, at least if their products don’t work or fully satisfy you they ACTUALLY return your makeup for you.

I’m a nail technician and in the last ditch effort as I ran out I had to get my boyfriend to pick up a topcoat for me and because you need a license to pick it up from a proper establishment my only option was Sally’s the topcoat that I had used that they charge $20 for I’ve had nothing but issues with… I know damn well how to cure a topcoat and the time to cure a topcoat and every single one of my clients, I have used it on its peeled off with in the matter of days. Which in turn has had to make me work harder to fix all of that and also lose out on money I’m pissed off what trash

The store manager here is exceptional! She’s so fun and bubbly, she’s very knowledgeable! And overall it’s a great experience. Great choice for al things from dye, shampoo sets, all the way down to tweeezers! I have been to many Sally locations (with incredibly poor service) and the service here is by far the best! Also returns and exchanges are a breeze! Never any questions asked, aside from “what can I help you find?” Love it!

Came in with my best friend to find things for the updo she is getting for her wedding. She needed extensions. When they didn’t have exactly what we needed, the sales associate went above and beyond and came up with alternatives. She helped us find everything else we needed, and then proceeded to give my friend an incredible discount. Stating that she’s seen how stressful it can be for brides trying to get everything right, and that adding a money burden on top of it just isn’t fair. Thank you Nicole! You were awesome!

Wish I could give it a 0. Forces you to buy stuff because they need to meet their “quota”. Not my problem. Sephora for the win!
