Store is clean and well maintained, the staff of the post office was really good and helpful. They customer service other that post office was very bad, very rude employees. In the cosmetic section many prices and products was missing. Location is amazing as it is inside the mall. Overall okey experience!

The experience I had today reminds me that customer service is no longer important. I guess service with a smile and helping bag groceries is not included. I have no problem with bagging my own stuff but when the young man stood there with nothing to do but watch me and not be compelled to help when he has nothing else to do says a lot about our new generation of customer service when paying double for their products.

your customer service is so sad. think it effect the cashiers or people in staff. They will take from, benifits, more off to Tax, less bonus, minimum diecounts. You little paid guys are the first to suffer. Obviously didn't go to school to understand up from down but good luck.

I'm a knucklehead and lost a receipt I needed. I called and spoke to Lisa and she was able to help me, and reprinted it for me. Excellent, welcoming service and I very much appreciate her efforts to assist me get everything sorted. Thanks again Lisa!

Worst service ever. As a trans person picking up a HOROMONE prescription, gets misgendered, my prescription only partially filled and then told that one of my prescriptions doesn't exist when I've picked it up through other shoppers for almost a year. When I called the pharmacy to ask what was going on they were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I understand that there is transfer time and sometimes things don't work but it's not *my* problem to fix. I was nothing but cooperative and was treated terribly. Do better.
