Didn't Listen i made an appointment for me and my son. We showed up for our appointment 15 minutes early. They got my son in 10 minutes early. 20 minutes later, I ask Reception if they forgot about me. They did. The hairdresser (Wendy) said she asked around if I was her client and she was told, "no, that's the mother." Fine. That was annoying, but crap happens. I had a blow out and "curl." What ticked me off is I told Wendy TWICE that my hair does NOT keep curl unless you use a flat iron. She told me she would make it work. TWICE. She sprayed so much hairspray on it and it was clearly not working. I should've walked out right then and there. I've had my hair for 50 years, she's meeting it for the first time. Did she think I'd never tried hairspray?! Needless to say the beach curls didn't hold for 15 minutes. I'm driving home and it's already straight. And I can't curl it with a straightener now with this much hairspray in it. LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENTS! WE KNOW OUR HAIR. It took me three hours to pay for this epic failure, and one hour of her trying to curl each strand of hair with a giant barrel of a curling iron - which was clearly not working after her first attempt. To insist on doing it your way even though it's not working, while I'm telling you that's not going to work is INSULTING and a waste of my money. LISTEN. Basically paid Wendy to fight me and my hair.

Marlin is amazing! I felt super comfortable with him and he made sure I was happy with my cut. I selected the quiet appointment and it was perfect! Marlin only talked to me when necessary and it was so nice to relax in the ambiance of the salon.

Very disappointed. I got my hair cut my Paige yesterday, I asked for a bit below my shoulders, showed her where and it’s cut to and above my shoulders. She curled it after the service, and now this morning with the curls gone, it’s a disaster. One sides longer than the other there is random longer pieces and the hair looks like a chop shop. And it’s already much shorter than I wanted. It’s embarrassing.

I had a great experience at Chatters Hair Salon! My hairdresser, Daniel, was amazing. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the result. My hair turned out better than I expected, and Daniel’s friendly and professional attitude made the whole visit enjoyable. I highly recommend him and I’ll definitely be back!

I received a bang trim today from a young man named Edson (unsure if spelt correctly). I asked for straight across blunt bangs, at the eyebrow, thinned out and textured. First time he said he was done I looked like a 3 year old with bowl cut bangs. I restated what I wanted. Second time he had trimmed them a bit on the sides and said he was done. I reminded him I wanted them thinned out and textured. He thinned them out and I had to ask for more 2 more times. In the end I just said it was fine and still paid a whopping $18.50 for 8 minutes of having my preferences ignored. Hard to tell in the pic bc my brows are in the way but they're uneven, not straight across and have zero texture. I won't be going back unless my usual stylist is available that's for sure. Carissa, Kelsie and Shelby have all been phenomenal. I'm not sure where you got this guy from but his skills are either not up to par or he doesn't want to listen.

I was extremely disappointed with the trim my daughter received. She was booked in for a long hair trim, which we waited for 30 minutes before the hair dresser was ready. The hairdresser did not comprehend the fact that my daughter asked for long chunky layers to thin out her hair and to clean up the dead ends. I had to help explain. There was no hair wash, just sprayed her hair with some detangler that left her hair even more grungy and gross feeling. Not mention the pain my daughter endured as the girl tried to comb through a 12 year olds thick, untamed hair. (Its easier to comb after its been cleaned, just an FYI). The hair dresser did not style her hair either. Which agian, when you go to get your hair done, the expectation is a wash, cut and style. My daughters hair looked worse coming out than when she went in! Her hair was so fizzy after the lady was done, it looked like a rats nest.... i regret not taking a picture to post! The lady at the front counter was very pleasant and discounted our rate for the long wait time, -I did not complain about the wait for the record, but did mention that i wasnt very happy about my daughter's ends, and the hair dresser said that that was how my daughter wanted it. However, the more i think about the hair cut that made my daughter cry all the way home, which I still paid $20 for, can not be fixed with a discount! Nor do i think, in my opinion, that the lady who cut her hair even cared at that point to correct anything. I ended up washing my daughter's hair and trimming it myself to the best of my ability (and not being a hairdresser to boot) to make the situation better and tp try and turn this into a more positive experience for my daughter. Our first visit to this salon, was amazing and the girls did a great job on my daughter's and my own hair. It's unfortunate that we ended up with someone who obviously didn't care or enjoy the profession she was in last night.

Awful experience, I got my hair cut on Saturday March 1st. I am completely embarrassed about how it turned out. I was completely ignored. I showed a reference picture and stated I wanted my hair a bit long than the reference photo. It was cut shorter with out so much as the stylist double checking length before hacking it off. The whole thing seemed rushed. I left feeling entirely embarrassed. I don’t even have the confidence to leave my house with this cut. I have attached photos of what I asked for and what I was give.

I got my hair done by Lesley, she was wonderful!!! she was so much fun and talkative and very sweet. her work on the other hand, was phenomenal. I am very happy with my hair cut and style i received, she taught me lots of ways to help my hair thrive and even sold me some wonderful hair care products. i can’t wait to use them! thank you so much Lesley i will be back!!
